Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released a notification inviting applications for the post of Member (Planning). RLDA was set up under the Railways Act, 1989, to develop vacant railway land for commercial use and generate revenue through non-tariff measures. The Member (Planning) will play a crucial role in advising the Authority on policy issues, redevelopment of colonies and railway stations, urban planning, and management of real estate.
